The launch of the global rebrand also comes with a new brand promise of “creating a healthier way of living” especially geared toward its customers, business partners and employees. The new brand promise will influence product development and the way the company conducts its business. “We are excited about the evolution of the Rinnai brand and the vision for the future of the organization,” said Frank Windsor, President of Rinnai America Corporation. “We have aggressive goals for the coming years and believe that the new brand promise positions us for growth in existing and future categories.”

With a strong investment in product innovation, particularly with investments made in Rinnai America Corporation, which services the North American market, Rinnai continues to provide homeowners and businesses with solutions that are designed to promote comfort and health through emerging technologies. Most recently, Rinnai announced it was the first tankless water heater manufacturer to offer Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Samsung SmartThings integration with its products, allowing tankless owners to integrate with smart home products to control the unit’s water temperature and recirculation. This added control allows owners to have faster hot water at their faucet, resulting in less wasted water, which is healthier for the environment. Rinnai is also expanding its presence in the North American boiler market with the launch of the new I-Series Boiler. This product offers many benefits including precise control of domestic hot water temperature, which has multiple health benefits when it comes to sanitary uses of hot water.

In addition to the new product, Rinnai America Corporation has also expanded its corporate headquarters and is building a world-class innovation center in Peachtree City, Georgia. In 2018, the company opened its manufacturing facility in Griffin, Georgia, with plans to construct a state-of-the-art facility, which will also be located in Griffin in the coming years.

Earlier this year Rinnai America announced a unique partnership with Folds of Honor, which provides scholarships to fallen or disabled U.S. Veterans’ spouses and children. Recognizing the shortage of skilled labor that is impacting the trade industry, Rinnai and Folds of Honor’s mission is focused on funding scholarships to those families seeking continuing education in the plumbing and HVAC trades. Additionally, for every tankless water heater or boiler sold this year, Rinnai will make a contribution – up to $250,000.
